Jamie is a dynamic hybrid of creativity and sales, bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, technology innovation, and brand development.
In CRE brokerage, Jamie made his mark early on by launching the Colliers International office in Hampton Roads and founding Statewide Commercial, all where he brokered multimillion-dollar deals, trained brokerage teams, and developed CRE Vault—one of the industry’s first CRE portfolio management platforms.
Today, as Managing Director of KW Commercial Richmond West, he’s building an innovative team that blends traditional methods with cutting-edge tech and AI. He’s also infusing marketing capabilities into the brokerage, giving agents access to high-impact branding, digital tools, and strategic content to elevate their presence and performance.
Jamie also founded UNRAVLit, a creative consultancy, and co-founded AIVA (AI Virginia), a statewide initiative advancing AI education and advocacy.
